Jade offers unique insights into the rental world, and how you can add a unique touch to your wedding event. She considers the tables and chairs that might add an elevated look to your layout, in addition to draping, lighting, and even the serving platters that might enhance the tablescape. Plus, we can guide you through your overall rental needs and negotiate contracts with ease.

As a team of design-focused wedding planners, we have chosen not to offer just day-of coordination on its own. However, we offer wedding management services, which gives you a professional coordinator for your wedding, and/or design consultations to ensure that the logistics and looks all come together. This allows us to provide the final expertise and input needed for a truly smooth-sailing wedding day.
Wedding management is for the couples who cannot wait to dive into the planning process, but who need help buttoning up their ideas, and managing day-of logistics. It’s our smallest package, and therefore requires the most legwork from you as a couple. If you’re struggling to make design decisions, and feeling overwhelmed with key elements of the planning process, partial planning is the best option because it gives you our design expertise and added planning support without requiring you to upgrade entirely to full-service planning.
It is a true and beautiful collaboration — providing you with useful resources and checklists, and recommending vendors for you to contact, based on your vision. And when you need feedback on big decisions or are having trouble narrowing down your photographer choice, for example, we’ll guide you to the best vendor for you. Plus, you’ll receive hands-on design support with decor selections, done-for-you rental coordination, and a custom layout design completed early on, as opposed to only 2 months before.
Most of our services are booked 8-14 months prior to the wedding. Even wedding management is often booked far in advance so that couples can rest easy knowing we’ll be there for the wedding itself, and during key logistical stages in the final stages.
