I am Jade, owner of Jade Preciado Events. I have a certification in Wedding & Event Planning from LWPI and a degree in business. I was born and raised here on the Central Coast of California. With countless rolling hills, vineyards, barns, beaches, and even a few castles... this is truly the perfect place to say “I do”!
My passion for wedding planning comes from a need to constantly challenge myself, design some unbelievably pretty weddings, and ultimately create an extraordinary wedding experience for my couples. Plus, I get to put my weird obsession for making lists, layouts and creative problem solving to good use.
I'm blessed to be able to do what I love for a living - oftentimes alongside my hubby (wedding photographer & cinematographer - Derek with DPfilms Productions). Following our wedding in April 2016, we hit the ground running with our own wedding businesses and never looked back. We also launched The SLO Photo Booth in 2018 because we just cannot get enough of celebrating with couples!
I understand what it feels like to be a bride-to-be and a bride. I'll do everything in my power to help you enjoy the planning process and wedding day. I’ll be your advocate, your personal wedding assistant, the girl who hustles for your budget, oftentimes your therapist, but most importantly- your #1 supporter.
