Years ago, when I walked into the very first wedding I had planned, I remember feeling like I had never been more in my element. That sentiment has not swayed since.
I hold a limitless desire to create, discover, and redefine — a deep-seated part of who I am that spreads into the weddings I plan — hearing your backstory and then turning that into a wedding experience that looks and feels like you.
Born and raised in the Central Coast of California, this place is home to my life and full-time profession. I love it so much that I have to edit my emails so I don’t overuse the word, “love.” I am grateful to have built a team that feels the same way — consisting of 2 lead coordinators and 4+ assistant coordinators who are all detail-oriented, empathetic, and design savvy.

Jade’s Wedding Connections Stem From Home Too
Jade’s plus one, but also, husband and sounding board, is Derek Preciado, a fine art wedding photographer and cinematographer. They share an office and a full-time profession in the world of weddings (in addition to running a wedding-centered podcast and photo booth company). And when they happen to be collaborating on the same wedding event, they discuss the ideal flow and timeline to beautifully blend visuals and logistics. Their roles on the wedding day, too, sync up naturally — with easy anticipation of the other’s needs.
On a personal level, they love traveling together and enjoying wineries — both those that are around the corner, and others around the globe. To them, workouts together are like date night. After all, the gym is where they met over 10 years ago.
