Kim and Ari

Kim and Ari's summer wedding took place in their beautiful, family-owned vineyard. With endless views and sentimental value at Fiddlestix Vineyard - we leaned into the winery theme for their wedding day. Their destination wedding was captured beautifully by Michael Stephens Photo and DPfilms Productions.

Jump on the School Bus shuttled their guests through miles of scenic wineries on the way to the venue. Early guests enjoyed a Fiddlehead wine tasting and Fiddlestix vineyard tour by the owner, Kathy Joseph (Ari's aunt).

Meanwhile, Kim and Ari were all ready for their first look in the vines! Kim made her way to her groom in a stylish tractor. Their first look was adorable.. Ari saved his bow tie for Kim - he knew she would do it best!

Kim's wedding dress was custom designed by Anomalie.. It was literally made for her! The bridesmaids wore neutral light grey dresses to let their summery bouquets by Bella Florist pop. Ari wore the perfect shade of slate blue, and his grey bow tie had pops of yellow to match the wildflowers.

We created an intimate feel for the ceremony with a half round seating style close to the vines. Each reserved seat had a tag with the family member's name and relation. Their chuppah was custom built by the best man and dressed with 3 generations of tallits intertwined: one from Ari's grandfather, his father and his own. To recognize Ari's grandmother, she was given a very special role as the flower girl!

Being communication experts, Kim and Ari both expressed beautiful vows to one another... and topped it off with a huge "MOZEL TOV"!

Guests moved to the barn to enjoy delicious appetizers from Flora and Fauna, including specialty cheeses and Vietnamese sausage sourced from Ari's uncle. "Butter's Bar" (inspired by Kim and Ari's fur baby) drinks were served by Mixed Events. Their signature cocktails, "Friendly Jewish Husband" and "Lao'd Little Thing" were a hit!

Guests made their way to the tent from GYC Rentals for dinner and toasts. They found their seats with escort cards and table numbers held by wine cork holders. Their geometric place cards were attached to each of the guests' wine glasses.. Doubling as a reminder of which glass was theirs throughout the night! Each table had hand-dyed grey cheesecloth runners with plenty of wine and candles. The Fiddlehead Cellars red wine bottles had a portrait of Kim and Ari painted by Ari's Aunt.

The buffet by Flora and Fauna was Lao-inspired to tie in Kim's heritage (and their favorite foods).

The dance party continued inside the barn for the rest of the night thanks to Modern Symphony. Guest also enjoyed donuts topped with their favorite cereals and a smores bonfire outside. The "Tipsy Taxi" shuttled all of "Kim + Ari's Favorite People" safely to their hotels at the end of the celebration.
